Sameer Uttamsingh

Founder & Creative Director

Sameer Uttamsingh is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. Throughout his career, he has developed, set up, and operated over 90 food and beverage businesses across 12 cities in India of which 20 brands have won multiple awards. His expertise lies in creating specialized F&B concepts tailored to the target market and current trends.

Sameer has extensive experience working with international franchises, with strengths that include building customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals and P&L management. Additionally, he possesses in-depth knowledge of operations management, financial planning and control, public relations, marketing, and social media.

Karishma Sakhrani

Culinary & Operations Director

Karishma abandoned a flourishing career in business development at Conde Nast to follow her passion for food, entering MasterChef India 4 In 2015. Beyond her wildest dreams and expectations, she made it to the final and ever since this life changing experience, there's been no looking back.

Since MasterChef, Karishma has forged a reputation as the go-to chef for restaurants and brands that champion healthy eating, quality ingredients and great sourcing.

Karishma’s food doesn’t compromise on flavour and her style centres on recipes that are good for you, scrumptious, easy to make and beautiful on the plate.

When not cooking, Karishma is often to be found working out a serious sweat at the gym, flexing in to yoga poses, enhancing her knowledge of nutrition and sometimes even eating pizza and drinking a glass of Merlot.

After all, life is about seeking balance, as she says.

Chef Akshay Kale

Development Chef

Chef Akshay, a Le Cordon Bleu–trained culinary professional, brings over 15 years of rich and versatile experience across restaurants, hotels, catering, and brand creation. He began his journey with Indigo Delicatessen as part of the pre-opening team, mastering both classical and contemporary approaches to food. Akshay went on to lead many acclaimed restaurants earning recognition in leading publications. He has as a Private Chef for Bollywood celebrities and high-net-worth individuals, curating bespoke dining experiences and exclusive events. He then joined Speciality Restaurants Ltd. as Chef – Innovations, where he helped pioneer new-age dining concepts and led the Private Gourmet Dining & Catering vertical.

Later, as Corporate R&D Chef at the Ramee Group, Akshay was instrumental in developing award-winning brands such as Megumi, Ilili, and Ocho. Today he guides restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens across India with innovative menu design, operational strategy, and brand identity — blending creative storytelling with business-driven culinary excellence.

Ravish Khosla

Operations & Training Manager

A thoroughbred operations guy, Ravish pays special attention to the finer details of restaurant operations and service. A graduate of B. Sc in Hospitality Management from Mumbai, he has trained at various 5-star hotels across the city. He has set up operations and training modules for over 20 restaurants pan India.

Through his trainings he ensures that he brings out a healthy working atmosphere and ensures the highest levels of service at any F&B establishment.

His sincere approach makes him take on any challenge and brings out the best result for the brand.

Prathmesh Kalburgi

Project Manager

The freshest addition to the Team Acme, but he's got the right appetite for the strategies of restaurant operations.

With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Rizvi College of Hotel Management -Mumbai, Prathmesh's journey in the culinary world began with training & internship at the renowned Taj President and then went onto build a journey that speaks of his hardwork.

He also got his foot in operations with a strong corporate experience in auditing & management. While he was amping himself for the corporate world, his love to be in the hospitality industry made him decide to explore his entrepreneurship skills by getting into the ice cream and milkshake business.

He brings a dash of sincerity, a sprinkle of playfulness, and a whole lot of passion for his work!
